Which countries does JAMON34 ship to?
We are shipping our product only to countries that are members of the European Union (EU).
How long does my order take to arrive?
Depending on the destination, shipping and delivery times may vary. The shipping will be effective once both the order and the payment have been processed, therefore some hours may go by between the pruchase and the shipment.
Shipment to Spain is operated by SEUR 24 hours (working days only).
Shipment to Europe is operated by SEUR Internacional. You may receive the package in 2 - 7 working days depending on the destination:

We start preparing your package the moment the payment has been gone through. Next, we ship it to the specified address safely and in optimal conditions. Please let us know, when making the order, your preferred delivery times.
Are there any health controls?
JAMON34 guarantees that all our products pass all health and shipping controls. Pedro Diego’s Spanihs hams have successfully passed the following regulations:
- ISO 9002 regulation → international quality guarantee.
- ISO 14001 regulation → international quality in environmental management system.
- E.T.G. regulation → all the white pigs come from Serrano origin.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or by bank transfer (in this case, we do not ship the product until we receive the payment). You will be able to choose your payment method during the order process. If you selected to pay by bank transfer you will get all instructions after proceeding to check-out. Please let us know if you do not receive the email confirmation with all the instructions.
Is this payment method safe?
JAMON34 processes orders by credit card using La Caixa ServiRed as a payment gateway for safe transactions. In addition, JAMON34 is using the services of an external company for IT security, which carries out daily security checks to guarantee the complete safety of your online transactions.
How do I know whether the order has been correctly processed?
A few minutes after you have paid for your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. Please make sure to print or save your email confirmation in order to quickly locate your oder in our system in case you may want to contact us. Let us know if you do not receive the email confirmation.
How much does the shipment cost?
The shipment is for FREE. All costs are included in the total cost (including 8% VAT).
What happens if the ham delivered is in bad conditions?
We guarantee you that our hams are prepared and shipped with optimal conditions and that they will be delivered to your home conserving all its good flavour. But in case there has been a problem during the shipment and somehow the ham is not what you expected, please let us know. Our customer service will be glad to help you. We may ask you to take pictures and send us a detailed email with the problem you have experimented. This will help us deal better with the problem.
